5 Reasons why cleaning improves your mental health.

Sometimes when people are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, they might decide to do some yoga, get a massage or meditate, but there are others who find that dusting, cleaning the bathroom or even re organising their cupboard is just as beneficial for their mental health. As a matter of fact, for some, the simple sight of a clean, tidy and organised home can actually help them unwind and de-stress even after long day.

Sounds mad but how your home smells can hugely improve your mood.
