How does the subscription work?
Our Bio One subscription is a really simple service that ensures you are never left without your Bio One™ to hand. Simply choose which range you would like to subscribe to, choose between 250ml or 500ml and then choose your frequency - every month or every 3 months.
When you first subscribe your first delivery will include not only your Bio One™ concentrate but also your free mix and spray bottle, and XL microfibre cloth. You will be automatically debited your subscription amount either each month or 3 months, depending on your chosen frequency. You can cancel your subscription any time.
How to use
Remove any solid matter.
Mix 10ml Bio One™ concentrate to 100ml of cool water, or simply follow the markers on your Bio One™ mix + spray bottle.
Make up as much or as little as needed. Once mixed the solution stays active for about 10-14 days before it naturally begins to die off.
Spray generously to the affected area.
For soft surfaces, carefully work solution into the fibres without rubbing.
The enzymes will continue to work while damp so spray more if required. Leave for 5-10 mins, wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally.
Top tip: Try cleaning your cooker hood filters, grease just melts away.
What are the ingredients?
Ingredients:
Aqua, also contains non-ionic surfactant, sodium chloride, bacillus subtilis non morbificus; naturally present in the essential oils; (melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), geraniol, parfum (fragrance), citrus paradisis, ( pink grapefruit), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera), with limonene. You may notice white particles in the concentrate, this is normal sediment from the enzymes.
About limonene:
Limonene is the natural oil extracted from the peel of grapefruit, orange and other citrus fruits. It is a fresh, zesty, uplifting aroma that lingers without overpowering. It adds a note of luxury to this eco-conscious high performance cleaning solution.

What are bio-enzymes?
Don't be fooled to think that because enzymes are natural they are less effective than chemical cleaners. Enzymes are nature's very own powerful cleaning tools. Making them the go to choice for home owners who do not want to spray harmful chemicals around their family, pets and their home.
Simply put, enzymes are all around us performing millions of important tasks in our bodies and in nature every single day. They are a type of protein that act like a biological catalyst to speed up the break down of organic compounds.
Similarly to how saliva, (which contains enzymes), initiates the digestion process by breaking down food in our mouths, cleaning enzymes use the same 'enzymatic digestion' to effectively break down and eradicate the organic proteins present in dirt, grease, mould, urine, faeces, vomit, food, and more.

What sizes are available for purchase, and how long does each size typically last?
How long the solution lasts will depend on how often you use it. As it comes up in a concentrated formula you can make as much or as little as you need. The concentrate, once diluted, makes a live solution, which stays active for around 10-14 days before it naturally starts to die off. There are 3 different sizes you can purchase, the 250ml bottle which will give you roughly 550 cleanup and the 500ml Eco Refill bottle which will give you roughly a huge 1,100 clean ups!
Can I use my own spray bottle?
Yes you can, remember these are natural live bio enzymes and they hate chemicals, in fact chemicals can destroy the enzymes. Therefore if you use your own spray bottle be sure to thoroughly rinse it out and the trigger spray, before use.
How do enzymes work?
Enzyme cleaners are great for everyday cleaning because they have the ability to break down the organic compounds found in grease, dirt, urine, faeces, and other bodily fluids and external matter that cause unpleasant smells. The enzymes in Bio One™ specifically target the proteins present in these substances, effectively breaking them down into smaller, odourless molecules. Unlike traditional cleaners that may mask or temporarily cover up the smell, enzyme cleaners actually eliminate the source of the odour by naturally breaking it down. This enzymatic action not only removes the smell but makes cleaning easier.
Can Bio One™ Deep Clean Surface Cleanser be used on all types of surfaces including delicate ones like granite or marble?
Yes, Bio One™ is a natural formula and contains no harsh chemicals. This gentle formula is perfect for hard surface clean ups leaving a shiny clean result. (Except natural silk which will leave a water mark). We would always suggest you do a test patch in an inconspicuous area.
How many applications can I get from the Eco Refill bottle?
One 500ml Eco Refill bottle of concentrate makes 5.5L of live solution, enough for about 1,100 cleanups jobs! (only 2p per application).

Does Bio One™ Deep Clean Surface Cleanser have a scent, or does it simply neutralise odours and bacteria?
Yes, our Deep Clean Surface Cleanser has a beautiful subtle scent of Pink Grapefruit. It doesn’t just neutralise, but completely breaks down dirt, eliminates odour and bad bacteria leaving a subtle scent behind. Our scents are all made from natural oils and ingredients that will not irritate even the most sensitive of human or pet noses.
How long does it take for Bio One™ Deep Clean Surface Cleanser to effectively clean, eliminate odours and bacteria?
It takes around 5 to 10 minutes for Bio One™ to work its magic. The product can be left for longer or reapplied if there is a really tough stain, for example wine across a cream cushion or carpet. Unlike many chemical cleaners which spray and wipe, we want to allow the enzymes to get to work breaking down the dirt. The enzymes continue to work whilst damp, so for really tough problem areas ensure that you do not let the area dry too quickly, simply spray a little more.
Can Bio One™ Deep Clean Surface Cleanser be used in food preparation areas?
Yes, our Deep Clean range can be used in food preparation areas such as marble and laminate worktops, chopping boards, stainless steel and so much more. We would advise to move or cover food before spraying and allow to dry before placing food on the area.
Can Bio One™ effectively remove tough stains like coffee or wine spills?
Yes. Bio One™ is really effective on these tough everyday spills! We advise to soak up most of the liquid from the spill with some tissue or a kitchen towel, then simply saturate the area and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. If the spill is on a soft furnishing like a cushion or carpet, for red wine you may need to leave for around 15 to 20 mins to ensure the product has fully sank in. Once you have done this then grab your microfiber cloth and start to dab the area, this should lift the stain! Repeat this process a second time for stubborn stains.

Can Bio One™ be used for cleaning kitchen countertops and surfaces?
Bio One™ Deep Clean Surface Cleanser is great for countertops and other general surfaces in your kitchen. Our formula is made from live enzymes, by mixing our concentrate with water you wake the enzyme technology. Once you have sprayed your targeted area, the enzymes do all of the hard work for you, breaking down and removing any bacteria and odour right from the root cause.
