We also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so our simple and transparent returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. Customs
We do our best to ensure your parcel clears customs smoothly, but we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any issues or additional charges. Aroma Care Solutions is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or disposal of shipments if they are stopped or charged at customs.
Import Duty
If you order products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Please note that you will remain responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Returns
We hope that you love the products as much as we have enjoyed designing and making them. If you change your mind about a product within 14 days of payment, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund. Refunds do not include delivery charges. Packages must remain unopened. Look for the helpful sticker on all our packages to ensure it’s from us before returning.
Please take care of the products while they are in your possession and ensure that the delivered package is returned still sealed and unopened, and that it has not been opened or used.

Refunds Policy
We will refund the cost of the products, along with our standard UK delivery fee, for any unwanted items returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Simply email [email protected] and inform us as to why you are returning the product, pop it in the post and we will process your refund once we have received the unused products.
- Any refund due to you will only be made to the same credit or debit card originally used (or in the form of other method of payment) by you to pay for your purchase. Any refund due will be processed no more than 14 days after we receive the products back in unused condition.
- If the products are faulty, damaged in transport or mis-described, please return the product to us as soon as possible for a full refund
- We will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the faulty, damaged or mis-described product.
- Products returned by you because of a fault, damage in transport or mis-described will be refunded in full, including a refund of all delivery charges.
Exchange Policy
If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the product and the product has not been used and is in the original saleable condition, please let us know via email on [email protected] and return the product. If you have not told us that you would like to exchange the product, we will provide a refund.
*Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept cancellation of an order or offer a refund or exchange on products that you have opened and used. If in doubt, please contact us on 020 7619 6061.
