How to use
• Mix 10ml of Bio One™ concentrate with 100ml of water, or simply follow the Bio One™ clean markers on your mix + spray bottle.
• Remove any solid matter from the area first.
• Spray generously on area to clean. For soft surfaces, carefully work into the fibres.
• Leave for 5-10 mins. The enzymes continue to work while damp, so spray more if required.
• Wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally.
• Repeat if desired. Always test a small area first.
What are the ingredients?
INGREDIENTS: Aqua, includes: 5% non -ionic surfacants, bacillus subtilus non morbiferus, parfums ( Linalool). Sweet Pea (Lathyrus Odoratus), Bluebell (Hyacinthoides non- scripta), preservative agent (potassium sorbate), with limonene.
ABOUT LIMONENE: Limonene is the natural oil extracted from the peel of grapefruit, orange and other citrus fruits. It is a fresh, zesty, uplifting aroma that lingers without overpowering. It adds a note of luxury to this eco-conscious high performance cleaning solution.
Can Bio One™ Baby & Toddler Surface Cleaner be used on all surfaces commonly found in baby and toddler environments, such as high chairs, changing tables, and toys?
Yes, Bio One™ Baby & Toddler Surface Cleaner can be used on all surfaces commonly found in baby and toddler environments. Whether this is soft furnishings or hard surfaces Bio One™ works effectively on all surfaces to make sure bad bacteria is removed and odour is gone leaving a happy baby, happy parents and a clean home! (Except natural silk which will leave a water mark). We would always suggest you do a test patch in an inconspicuous area.
How many applications can I get from the Eco Refill bottle?
One 500ml bottle of concentrate makes 5.5L of live solution, enough for around 1,100 cleanups jobs! (only 2p per application).
What sizes are available for purchase, and how long does each size typically last?
How long the solution lasts will depend on how often you use it. As it comes up in a concentrated formula you can make as much or as little as you need. The concentrate, once diluted, makes a live solution, which stays active for around 14 days before it naturally starts to die off. There are 2 different sizes you can purchase, the 250ml bottle which will give you roughly 550 cleanup and the 500ml Eco Refill bottle which will give you roughly a huge 1,100 clean ups!
Does Bio One™ Baby & Toddler Surface Cleaner have a scent, or does it simply neutralise odours and bacteria?
Yes Bio One™ Baby & Toddler Surface Cleaner does have the delicate subtle scent of Sweet Pea & Bluebell. It doesn’t just neutralise, but completely eliminates odour and bad bacteria leaving a subtle scent behind. Our scents are all made from natural oils and ingredients that will not irritate even the most sensitive of human or pet noses.
How long does it take for Bio One™ Baby & Toddler Surface Cleaner to effectively eliminate odours and bacteria?
It takes around 5 to 10 minutes for Bio One™ to work its magic. The product can be left for longer or reapplied, if there is a really tough stain, to let the enzymes sink really deep into the surface, for example a little poop accident on baby clothing or the build up of urine deep in a car seat. The enzymes continue to work whilst damp, so for really tough problem areas ensure that you do not let the area dry too quickly, simply spray a little more.

How does the subscription work?
Our subscription is a really simple service that ensures you are never left without your Bio One™ to hand. Simply choose which range you would like to subscribe too, choose between 250ml or 500ml and then choose your frequency - every month or every 3 months.
When you first subscribe your first delivery will include not only your Bio One™ concentrate but also your free mix and spray bottle, and XL microfibre cloth. You will be automatically debited your subscription amount either each month or 3 months, depending on your chosen frequency. You can cancel your subscription any time.

How do enzymes work?

Yes you can, remember these are natural live bio enzymes and they hate chemicals, in fact chemicals can destroy the enzymes. Therefore if you use your own spray bottle be sure to thoroughly rinse it out and the trigger spray, before use.

Yes, Bio One™ targets any type of carbon based matter where bad bacteria can grow and cause mal odours. So perfect to use all around the home too whenever anything is a little smelly or dirty, including pet mess clean up and odour management.
Should I use hot or cold water to mix my solution?
Enzymes can be destroyed if mixed with hot water, so always ensure you mix your solution with cold/ambient tap water.
Is it safe for use around people with sensitivities to fragrances?
Yes absolutely. Our formula has been carefully created by globally recognised aromatherapists to be safe for all to use. Bio One™ is designed to eradicate completely odour and mess, it does not use fragrance to mask the bad smell, therefore our scents are designed to give you a very subtle and beautifully delicate aroma. Does Bio One™ require dilution, or is it ready to use straight from the bottle?
Bio One™ comes in a concentrated form, saving plastic and money. Simply mix the concentrate with water to wake the enzymes and create your live formula. Follow the steps on the bottle as a guide of how many parts solution to water you need.
What is the packaging made from, and is it recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is fully recyclable, with the labels on. We use environmentally friendly packaging solutions, including the use of dissolvable glue on our recycled labels.
Does Bio One™ leave behind any streaks or residue on surfaces?
Bio One™ is free from chemicals and alcohol, which many other cleaners utilise in order to get perfectly streak and residue free surfaces. If you are using Bio One on a shiny surface or glass, then we recommend wiping over with a clean wet cloth after use, or simply use a dry cloth to buff the surface to a shine.
Is the cleanser suitable for use in conjunction with other cleaning products?
No. Using Bio One™ alongside other products will stop the product from working to its full potential. If our solution is mixed with chemicals it will stop the enzymes from performing and eating away at the problem area.
