Remove any solid matter. Mix 15ml Bio One™ concentrate to 100ml of water, or simply follow the markers on your Bio One™ mix + spray bottle. Spray generously to affected area. For soft surfaces, carefully work solution into the fibres without rubbing. The enzymes will continue to work while damp so spray more if required. Leave for 5-10 mins, wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally.

I'm looking to get an artificial grass cleaner to eliminate the smell of dog urine. Do you do any products for this please?

The product to use would be the Pet Odour Eliminator. You will need to spray the area liberally and then possibly agitate with a mop or broom. Leave it for a good 15 mins. Wash away the detritus, making sure all is removed, the reapply the product.

What are the ingredients?

Aqua, also contains non-ionic surfactant, sodium chloride, bacillus subtilis non morbificus, parfum (fragrance) with limonene, aloe barbadensis (aloe vera), melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), neroli, (citrus aurantium), citrus limonum (lemon); (all present in the natural essential oils). You may notice white particles in the concentrate, this is normal sediment from the enzymes. About limonene: Limonene is the natural oil extracted from the peel of lemon, orange and other citrus fruits. It has a cleansing citrussy aroma which is complimented with the neroli flower. An eco-conscious high performance cleaning solution with a glorious scent that will not irritate even the most sensitive of human or pet noses

Will it remove the smell of fox poo?

Yes, Bio One™ will tackle any animal faeces regardless of the type of animal.

Can I use it to clean pet cages?

Yes, Bio One™ is completely safe to use around all land, reptile and air based animals. You can use it to clean cages, food areas, sleeping areas, in the car, and around the home. We would not recommend using Bio One™ in aquatic fish tanks as fish are highly sensitive to any change.

Can I use it out and about?

Yes, mix up some Bio One™ and take it with you when you go out and about with your Dog. Brilliant if you get messy paws, dog faeces, urine, or vomit in the car.

Why can't I get the smell out of my dog’s bed?

Bad odour is caused by bad bacteria growing on left over carbon based matter, whether that is old food, wet dog fur, canine urine, dog faeces, dog vomit, or even saliva from the dog licking the bed. All of these contain carbon based proteins which, if left uncleaned, will promote the growth of bad bacteria and in turn, bad odours. Dog beds by their pure nature, are generally soft fabrics so mess can penetrate through and be difficult to clean. Yes, Bio One™ Pet Odour Remover can be used on hard and soft surfaces for example, artificial grass, laminate flooring, carpets, pet beds, patios, even down to your dogs favourite pee spot - this could be a brick wall! Bio One™ will soak into the brick and help to eliminate the odour and will stop your pet from marking its territory in that area again. We would always suggest you do a test patch in an inconspicuous area (avoid use on natural silk as any fluid will leave a water mark on this fabric).

How many applications can I get from the Pet Odour Eliminator and Refresher 250ml Refill?

One 500ml bottle of concentrate makes 3.8 litres of live solution, enough for about 760 cleanups jobs! (only 4p per application).

How long does my mixed solution last for?

How long the solution lasts will depend on how often you use it. As it comes up in a concentrated formula you can make as much or as little as you need. The concentrate, once diluted, makes a live solution, which stays active for around 10-14 days before it naturally starts to die off. The Pet Odour Eliminator and Refresher 250ml Refill is enough for 380 clean ups!

How long does it take for Bio One™ Pet Odour Remover to effectively eliminate odours and bacteria?

It takes around 5 to 10 minutes for Bio One™ to work its magic. The product can be left for longer or reapplied, if there is a really tough stain or stubborn odour, to let the enzymes sink really deep into the surface, for example a puppy pee stain on a carpet. The enzymes continue to work whilst damp, so for really tough problem areas ensure that you do not let the area dry too quickly, simply spray a little more.

Should I use hot or cold water to mix my solution?

Enzymes can be destroyed if mixed with hot water, so always ensure you mix your solution with cold/ambient tap water.
