How to use

Pour your sachet of Bio one™ into your mix + spray bottle. Fill up with tap water. Ensure you use the correct amount of water as shown on the back of the sachet. Remove any solid matter from the area first, then spray generously onto affected area. For soft surfaces, carefully work solution into the fibres without rubbing. Leave for 5-10 mins, the enzymes will continue to work while damp, therefore spray more if required. Wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally. Repeat if desired. Always test a small area first.

Is the Odour Eliminator vegan?

It is registered with the Vegan Society. We have had to go through rigorous checks by the Vegan Society to ensure that ALL our ingredients are one hundred percent vegan and natural.

Is the odour eliminator safe for children?

Yes, the product is chemical free and made up of completely natural ingredients (accredited by the Vegan Society) - so entirely safe for children.

Can you use this to remove fish smell?

Spray and clean the immediate cooking area with Bio one Odour Eliminator and then spray the product into the air to remove any residual odour particles.

How long does my mixed solution last for?

Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher uses 100% natural bio enzymes which are activated once mixed with water. The mixed solution stays activated for up to 10 days after mixing.

Can I use my own spray bottle?

Mixing your Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher is easy. Included with your starter pack is a free mix + spray bottle that can be used for 250ml of solution or as a handy measure for mixing larger quantities in your own spray bottle. For a 500ml spray bottle add 65ml of Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher. For 1 litre spray bottle add 130ml Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher.

What does the Bio one Odour Eliminator smell like?

The Odour Eliminator consists of natural lemon and neroli fragrance - made from completely natural oils.

Is the product safe to use on all surfaces?

It is safe to use on most surfaces throughout the home and in your car (except natural silk which will leave a water mark), however, we would always suggest you do a test patch in an inconspicuous area.

What are the ingredients?

Aqua, also contains non-ionic surfactant, sodium chloride, bacillus subtilis non morbificus, parfum (fragrance), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera), citrus paradisis (pink grapefruit), melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), citrus limonum (lemon), silver, (citral, geraniol, limonene; all naturally occurring in essential oils). About limonene: Limonene is the natural oil extracted from the peel of grapefruit, orange and other citrus fruits. It is a fresh, zesty, uplifting aroma that lingers without overpowering. It adds a note of luxury to this eco-conscious high performance cleaning solution. You may notice white particles in the concentrate, this is normal sediment from the enzymes.

Does the Odour Eliminator remove the smell of Urine

Yes! It is great for potty training and incontinence accidents as it completely removes the smell of urine by 'eating' away at the bad bacteria that cause the odorous smell of pee.

Can I use the Odour Eliminator on Vomit?

It removes the acrid smell of puke fantastically well - great to have in the house if you have kids or babies? Puke can often be a very difficult smell to get rid of especially on textiles. If you follow our step by step process, you can be sure to eliminate the smell permanently.
