DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pour your sachet of Bio one™ into your mix + spray bottle. Fill up with tap water. Ensure you use the correct amount of water as shown on the back of the sachet.
  2. Remove any solid matter from the area first, then spray generously onto affected area. For soft surfaces, carefully work solution into the fibres without rubbing.
  3. Leave for 5-10 mins, the enzymes will continue to work while damp, therefore spray more if required.
  4. Wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally.
  5. Repeat if desired.

Always test a small area first.

I'm looking to get an artificial grass cleaner to eliminate the smell of dog urine. Do you do any products for this please?

The product to use would be the Pet Odour Eliminator. You will need to spray the area liberally and then possibly agitate with a mop or broom. Leave it for a good 15 mins. Wash away the detritus, making sure all is removed, the reapply the product.

How long does my mixed solution last for?

Can I use my own spray bottle?

Mixing your Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher is easy. Included with your starter pack is a free mix + spray bottle that can be used for 250ml of solution or as a handy measure for mixing larger quantities in your own spray bottle. For a 500ml spray bottle add 65ml of Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher. For 1 litre spray bottle add 130ml Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher.

Can I use it for puppy toilet training?

Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher is amazing for all those little accidents around the home when toilet training your new little puppy or kitten. The active bio enzymes eliminate, at the source, the bacteria from urine, faeces or vomit that is the cause of lingering bad odour. Remove any solid matter from the area. Mix 15ml Bio one™ concentrate to 100ml of water, or simply follow the markers on your Bio one™ mix + spray bottle. Spray generously to affected area. For soft surfaces, carefully work solution into the fibres. The enzymes will continue to work while damp so spray more if required. Leave for 5-10 mins, wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally.

What are the ingredients?

Aqua, also contains non-ionic surfactant, sodium chloride, bacillus subtilis non morbificus, parfum (fragrance) with limonene, aloe barbadensis (aloe vera), melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), neroli, (citrus aurantium), citrus limonum (lemon); (all present in the natural essential oils). You may notice white particles in the concentrate, this is normal sediment from the enzymes. About limonene: Limonene is the natural oil extracted from the peel of lemon, orange and other citrus fruits. It has a cleansing citrussy aroma which is complimented with the neroli flower. An eco-conscious high performance cleaning solution with a glorious scent that will not irritate even the most sensitive of human or pet noses
