How does the subscription work?
Our aroma-scription is a really simple service that ensures you are never left without your Bio One to hand. Simply choose which range you would like to subscribe too, choose between 250ml or 500ml and then choose your frequency - every month or every 3 months.
When you first subscribe your first delivery will include not only your Bio One concentrate but also your free mix and spray bottle, and XL microfibre cloth. You will be automatically debited your subscription amount either each month or 3 months, depending on your chosen frequency. You can cancel your subscription any time.
How to use
Remove any solid matter.
Mix 12mls Bio One™ concentrate to 100mls of water, or simply follow the markers on your Bio One™ mix + spray bottle.
Spray generously onto affected area. For soft surfaces, carefully work solution into the fibres without rubbing. The enzymes will continue to work while damp therefore spray more if required.
Leave for 5-10 mins, wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally. Repeat if desired.
Always test a small area first.
What are bio-enzymes?
Don’t be fooled to think that because enzymes are natural they are less effective than chemical cleaners. Enzymes are nature’s very own powerful cleaning tools. Making them the go to choice for home owners who do not want to spray harmful chemicals around their home and their family.
Simply put, enzymes are all around us performing millions of important tasks in our bodies and in nature every single day. They are a type of protein that act like a biological catalyst to speed up the break down of organic compounds.
Similarly to how saliva, (which contains enzymes), initiates the digestion process by breaking down food in our mouths, cleaning enzymes use the same ‘enzymatic digestion’ to effectively break down and eradicate the organic proteins present in human urine, human faeces, vomit, milk, mould, odour caused from old age, illness, medication, grease, grime, mould, dirt, food, and more.
This process not only makes cleaning easier but also prevents the growth of bad bacteria – the root cause of those unpleasant odours – in the air, on surfaces, and within the fibres of your soft furnishings.
Is the Odour Eliminator vegan?
It is registered with the Vegan Society. We have had to go through rigorous checks by the Vegan Society to ensure that ALL our ingredients are one hundred percent vegan and natural.
Is the odour eliminator safe for children?
Yes, the product is chemical free and made up of completely natural ingredients (accredited by the Vegan Society) - so entirely safe for children.
Can you use this to remove fish smell?
Spray and clean the immediate cooking area with Bio one Odour Eliminator and then spray the product into the air to remove any residual odour particles.
How long does my mixed solution last for?
Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher uses 100% natural bio enzymes which are activated once mixed with water. The mixed solution stays activated for up to 10 days after mixing.
Can I use my own spray bottle?
Mixing your Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher is easy. Included with your starter pack is a free mix + spray bottle that can be used for 250ml of solution or as a handy measure for mixing larger quantities in your own spray bottle. For a 500ml spray bottle add 65ml of Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher. For 1 litre spray bottle add 130ml Bio one™ pet odour remover + refresher.
What does the Bio one Odour Eliminator smell like?
The Odour Eliminator consists of natural lemon and neroli fragrance - made from completely natural oils.
Is the product safe to use on all surfaces?
It is safe to use on most surfaces throughout the home and in your car (except natural silk which will leave a water mark), however, we would always suggest you do a test patch in an inconspicuous area.
What are the ingredients?
Aqua, also contains non-ionic surfactant, sodium chloride, bacillus subtilis non morbificus, parfum (fragrance), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera), citrus paradisis (pink grapefruit), melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), citrus limonum (lemon), silver, (citral, geraniol, limonene; all naturally occurring in essential oils). You may notice white particles in the concentrate, this is normal sediment from the enzymes.
About limonene:
Limonene is the natural oil extracted from the peel of grapefruit, orange and other citrus fruits. It is a fresh, zesty, uplifting aroma that lingers without overpowering. It adds a note of luxury to this eco-conscious high performance cleaning solution.
Does the Odour Eliminator remove the smell of Urine
Yes! It is great for potty training and incontinence accidents as it completely removes the smell of urine by 'eating' away at the bad bacteria that cause the odorous smell of pee.
Can I use the Odour Eliminator on Vomit?
It removes the acrid smell of puke fantastically well - great to have in the house if you have kids or babies? Puke can often be a very difficult smell to get rid of especially on textiles. If you follow our step by step process, you can be sure to eliminate the smell permanently.
Safety
Avoid contact with eyes, skin or food. In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Sip water and seek medical attention.
